What’s on Your Plate? Circular Food Systems

This exhibition was the culmination of two 8 month Creative Residencies – together with a team of food researchers and technologists – to develop alternative food systems in practice. The prototypes created in the Lab offer a diversity of solutions of alternative proteins (insects, cyanobacteria, tubers, nontraditional Brazilian plants) developed in  collaboration with various specialists to contribute to enhancing the food security of an increasingly urban world in 2050
